So I got out of the hospital today after a lovely stay ( sarcasm of course lol ) with pneumonia and I came home to some turkeys that have grown quite a bit in the five days and they made a mess of their pen while I was gone lol, I had to put them in their "baby cage" to clean their pen so I decided to snap a couple pics, sorry about the quality, I am still almost breathless walking around and I was too lazy to go inside and get my camera so I took them with my phone.

I edited numbers on the pics and the birds, please let me know if you think they are male or female, if you could say "picture 1 bird 2 is" that would make it easier lol, I know in the second pic you cant even see one of the birds so that one wont work but the other two birds you can see well. I will get some more pictures when I get well, I was just wanting to see if you guys could take a guess. They are about 7 weeks old.

Sorry about that lol pain meds and all the other meds they are giving me have made me a little um dizzy lol

Someone on here told me what breed they are recently ( bronze ) I was wondering the sex of the poults please?

Yeah I figured lol, I saw someone had commented on another post saying they could tell at 5 weeks so I thought I'd give it a shot lol.

I have noticed in the last few days that two of them are getting significgantly larger than the other and they are losing their neck feathers while the one still has all of it's neck feathers, probably not a real sign of gender but just an observation. If I have one hen and two gobblers I have a feeling its gonna get kinda loud around here in a few months lmao

If someone can tell at 5 weeks, it is just a guess unless it is an AuburnXBronze cross which are sex linked. At 5 weeks it would be just a good guess because they look the same and display M & F traits.

So looking at the little snood (I think it's called) is a wives' tale? Bigger doesn't indicate that it MIGHT be male . . . .

OP, glad you are recovering from your bout with pnemonia.
