Career Laying

HI!! Question...all my girls wanna use the same laying box...OF COURSE. No biggie, they have a line which I find very cute to use it and respect each other. Except my Welsummer....she makes a CAREER outta laying 1 egg. She just stays in there and waits and waits. I check and she squaks at me and nothing is there. An hour later she will come out of the box and there will be her beautiful egg.
Anyone else have a hen that makes a all day affair outta laying an egg? LOL

Those hens are funny aren't they. They lounge for hours. Others get in there and get it done. Chickens are always entertaining.
