Hi All,
I have found a antique book supplier in the UK who has permission to reprint the book. I have ordered and received one from them and am happy with it. If anyone is still interested let me know and i will supply the details.

The cost was approximately 35 pounds(about 55 dollars)

Please bear in mind that these are reprints, not originals. I have mine and it is a great book. The pictures are outdated but fantastic information.

I had no problems at all in dealing with her, and received my book in South Africa in about 2 weeks.
