caring for a day old chick

hi members i would like to know how to care for a day old chick.Am venturing to this as an entrepreneur your ideas will highly be appreciated.

Make sure she is warm, has feed meant for baby chicks, has water (maybe with some apple cider vinegar in it.) and also make sure she is cuddled and loved especially if she is alone. Inspection your troops .... all the chicks need to be inspected from
top to bottom eye's beak hawks toes vent wings for any deformity
or illness ...





Proper of adequate quarters must be provided ......





Heat ventilation water feed and play room .....





Cleaning of the area should be a daily event floor water and feed
receptacles






You need to find out what kinks of feed your feed stores sell ...

Generally one chick alone is an unhappy chick as chickens are flock birds. 3 is always a good starting number - that way if something happens to one there are still two for company. If you indeed have a solo chick, give her a mirror so that her image will provide 'company'.
