Caring for premature hatch?

Are there any of you with personal experience on how to let a premature (about 4 days) chick survive? He hatched early, no blood, but its a silkie and her skins still pink and Im not sure what to do with her.

If it hatched, it's not premature. They don't hatch naturally unless they're ready. Just put it in a brooder with food & water, keep it warm, and hope for the best. It will either survive or it won't.
