Good morning Café!

It has been awhile and I probably have missed a lot of what was and is going on in your lives, but I hope you and your loved ones ( including furry and feathered) are all well and in good spirits.

We are extremely busy with all the planning and and applying for a building permit as the building authorities, the Nature Conservation Department and the Historic Preservation Agency were trying to reject our lawful and valid building application by citing nonexistent laws, preparation land use plans and restrictions to cover up their failures of the last decades. They got really lazy and even more so during and after the Covid years.

But after lots of law studying and inspection of the actually valid legal situation things seem to be shaping up nicely as we are able to legally override each and every single objection and not applicable or irrelevant judgment they cited.

@LaFleche, I can't think of anybody who would be more protective of the land and preserving its history then you! Sometimes authority figures just like to say no because it gives them a sense of power and control. I'm glad that you pushed back and got to do what you need to do for your property and your lives. I'm sure everything is going to look beautiful and you'll do everything you can to protect the ecosystem around you. I myself am looking forward to some pictures of the progress and the final product. Congratulations on getting things moving!
