thanks! i went to a chicken auction yesterday and bought a silkie hen as well as a grey hen that has a crossed beak which i didn't know until after i bought it and got up close but i still like her lol. her and the cross beak are too young to be with the older guys yet. i hope carl will be friends with the silkie when she is a grownup=^]
i also hope the crossed beak one doesn't get picked on too much.. she has a lot of feathers missing from being picked on before i'm guessing. my hens have been looking at her in her pen and making laughing noises
