Yeah the antibiotics would def. affect the meat, but I hadn't seen anything on the coryza, so I just wondered. It might not be proven whether it infects the meat or not, and that may be why there seems to be nothing mentioned about it.

You should contact your state vet to have a necropsy done. Their information should be easily found online. Once you have a definitive diagnosis, you can ask them for recommendations on how to proceed or make some personal choices of your own. It's so sad when you hear these types of things in flocks, but it really can happen to anyone.

I do believe you treat with the Gallimyicin until they seem well, give the Vaccine, then wait 3 weeks and give again. Anyone showing signs after the second treatment are the carriers. I believe that is the jest of it, but others should be able to give better info.
