Cat acting lethargic

With an outside cat it is hard to narrow down what could be wrong (trauma, infectious disease, intestinal foreign body). Taking him to the Vet would be a great place to start. Also, if he's neutered, changes in season (mostly spring and fall) we tend to see male cats develop urinary crystals and are unable to urinate which can be deadly. Best to have a Vet get some eyes on him and have a look over to determine best course of action! Good luck to you and him!

Well here’s an update. I didn’t see him for a full 24 hours and I was sure he had passed until yesterday I was pulling out of my driveway to go get chicken feed and he came walking down acting completely normal and himself again. Not sure what was wrong but uses normal again I still plan on worming him but I don’t think a vet appointment is needed for now.

My cat pulls this garbage too. She'll act all sick and I take her to the vet only to find out theres nothing wrong with her. As soon as I get home she's back to her normal self. Sometimes cats just want attention...or you to spend money. Not sure which but I know I spent thousands on undue vet appointments
