I just had a thought. Call the Humane Society or wherever you got her from, and let them know this issue she's having, and explain you're on limited resources, and see if THEIR vet would look at her. Maybe they'd help you with her just a little?

So I give her the Purina Fancy Feast for Senior Cats…would this look about right? It doesn’t say the mg of the taurine, only the percentage: View attachment 4255350
Purina is a fairly good pet food brand, their canned food should have sufficient taurine as long as your cat is eating enough of it. That's the key. If your girl isn't eating as much as she used to, she could have a taurine deficiency as well as other issues going on.

Converting taurine % to mg is waaaay too complicated for a math flunkee like me 😅
