Cat in the Coop

Hi all,
I have a problem that I did not foresee. One of my cats has decided that my chicken coop is her new napping spot. The nest boxes in particular... Needless to say, the chickens have moved out. I have no idea where or if they are laying but they are safe at night as they have found a place to roost in my garage :/
Any suggestions on how to make the coop uninviting for the cat yet still appealing for the chickens?

Very interesting problem! Don't have any good idea on how to fix it. My cat hangs out in the horse stall I use as a brooder.

My cats hang with the chickens as well but i have a door on my coop so i can shut the birds in at night & keep the animals out. I dont know the design of your coop but possibly a makeover/construction project would help with your kitty problem. Best of luck.
