Cat Pic Thread:)

ME TOO, ME TOO!

Okay....

Here is Nelly aka CHUBS. She's "big boned."

I got her from the Oregon Humane Society in Portland. She was dumped in the middle of no where with her kittens. She was about 8 months old when I got her and now she's 5? She is the QUEEN and VERY talkative:

This is Butters aka Bratty BUTT. I got from from the front of our grocery store (I made the mistake of looking into the box of "FREE KITTENS!"

He's a BRAT and VERY full of himself:

This is Gallagher. He is "special." LOL He was the runt of the litter & I got him as an adopted kitty. His "fangs" are too big for his head, so they always stick out & he's a little cross-eyed, LOL

I got Nigel at the same place I got little Gally from...he was a $20 "special" because he's black...same deal with Gally. I guess there's some weird thing about black cats....so yeah. That's my herd.

I love everyone's kitties!!

This is Tux...he used to come up to our deck to eat when we lived in our old house, so when we moved, we brought him with us and he's been indoors ever since. He has an extra toe on each front paw.

Here are Beavis (grey) and Ali the terrorist kitty. Beavis is 11 and Al is 2.

This is Molly, one of the barn cats we inherited when we moved here. She's 4 or 5.

This is Mr. Jingles, Molly's brother and our other barn cat. He's hanging with our older ds.

This is Georgie. He's one of the strays we found on the property last August. He was pretty raggedy looking when he first came here and is doing great now!

This is Rusty. Our neighbour on the next hill found him in their tree...their dogs had chased him up there and they gave him to us a day or two before we found Georgie. I'm Rusty's best friend and he likes to be picked up and held like a baby.

This is Mo. He was electrocuted when he was a kitten, so I think he's a little brain damaged, but he's still a sweet boy at 9 years old.

And last but not least, Echo. She was born under our deck back in early summer of '04. She's a feral cat and doesn't like anyone but Mo. We just never got her to come around, but she's never tried to leave, so we can't be all THAT bad.

Elliot. Rescued as a kitten by us, personally, from a home were he was taken away from his mother too early and thrown outside. We waited until he wandered off their property, onto ours, and took him. He's a great kitty - very lanky and idiotic because of his beginnings, but he's a real lover.

Chester. Adopted from the local humane society for my 15th b-day. He had been there for over a year!! We are pretty sure he was hit, as he doesn't walk right (back legs). He likes his space, but does love to be loved on. He's a SUPERIOR hunter, even though he's a whopping 15 pounds - literally. He brings home full grown squirrels, birds, mice, rats, moles, baby gophers, baby bunnies, and other things I could not identify.

Having some fun -
