At least she made it back home to you and didn't die out there all by herself. Where you would have always wondered what happened to her. You did the right thing for her. She was a very Pretty girl.

I'm so sorry she didn't make it. When you mentioned her breath smelling like urine, I immediately thought of anti-freeze poisoning. It shuts down the kidneys first, so the toxins in the blood aren't filtered out and eliminated, hence the urine smell. Can also cause paralysis, then finally the liver shuts down and that's it. We have a cat that looks just like her. Again, I'm so sorry
