Catching Chickens . . . an Olympic Event?

If you don't have one already (I'm lucky I do!) find a nearby 10 year old girl. She'll catch 'em like it's nobody's business! My daughter is the champion here in catching chickens.

Kids are the best catchers! When mine aren't around I get a long stick and use that to herd them where I need them. Ya gotta be smrt and use a primitive tool to get the advantage!

Yep- I agree my kids are much better at rounding up any wayward hens. We call my 5 year old DD the "chicken whisperer"

. She can get them to do anything!

And I just saw the scene the other night where Rocky was training by chasing a chicken. Maybe I should let mine out on purpose so I can get a workout in.
