Catholic Chickens

So just curious how many Catholic chicken breeds there are out there. So far I know of Silverrud (Isbar) and Chanteclers.
Oooh, that's a good one. I haven't looked much into the history behind breeds, but time for me to do some research! I'd guess several breeds could be traced back to having Catholic "roots" (per say) as many early European monasteries would do farming to support their growing religious communities- it'd be interesting to do a dive into how monastic orders as a whole have directly influenced modern farming and domestic livestock breeds 🤔

Does naming all your chickens after Catholic Saints count? It started when my family named my roo Pedro (Peter), and now there are 25 Catholic chickens running around my yard. I'll have to look into getting some Silverrud (Isbar) and Chanteclers!
