Cats and Chickens?

My chickens chase my cats & my big tom comes crying to me if they are really ganging up on him.

There are always cats roaming here but they tend to stay away from the area the birds roam because of the dogs. I haven't had a problem. It is pretty funny when one of my own house cats decides to venture out. The birds get all worked up and follow the cats from a distance making a ton of noise
