Bear is a husky/shepherd mix...I LOVE mutts! Luckily for him and me he has about half an acre fenced in.

Oh wonder Bear loves the cold weather! Mug my husky/lab mix just loves the cold. He gets so happy & frisky when it snows. He is also so smart. My shephard mix is smart, but still hyper and not disciplined. You are so lucky to have a half acre fenced in for him to run safely. We have 6 acres, but haven't fenced any in yet. We thought about the invisible fence, but our vet said that our shephard mix would probable run right past it and then not want to return.

We have a little over 3 acres (2 wooded and 1 cleared), I wish it was all fenced in because Bear likes to roam the woods. In the fall and winter I leash him and walk him...ummmm I mean he walks me through the woods.

More Bear pictures, just because he's so darn cute!

His favorite snack! EGGS!!!

He got this ball as a treat after getting his rabies shot. It took me, the vet and a tech to hold him down.

With me in the canoe. This was right after we bought it and we were testing it in the backyard.

Ummmmm..... I have to say I'd be more confident if you tested it in, say, water.... rather than grass, you know....

Here is a snow picture from early December, it's now about twice that outside here. Only the top strand of the barb wire fence is still showing.

Yeah the testing it part was just my sad attempt at humor.
