cats hate each other?

Can't hurt. Are these cats neutered? If not, that MIGHT help. Also get that Feliway or whatever it is called. It is a pheremone (sp) that helps calm cats. Also, feed the cats in separate areas and have more than one litter box. Bear in mind that confining them close to each other might stress them out even more.

Right...we live in a small shack, we have no space for multiple litter boxes...
 
Which cat did you have first? This is probably a territory dispute if they were brought home at different times. If you can, give both cats a place where they can retreat to that the other cat can't go...like if you know one likes to sleep in a particular area, discourage the other cat from going to the same place. Give them treats when they are near each other so they learn to associate each other with good things. If you can provide other things that will help them avoid each other, like a high shelf they can use to travel around the house to get to food and litter box, that is also helpful. Providing at least 2 litter boxes in different areas until they get along can ease tensions as well...just make sure that they are in open areas so that neither cat feels the need to defend the box from the other. Multiple food and water stations can also help avoid confrontations.

The short hair runs to my bed, but the main coon, witch was there first seems to want a fight, or want to Hut her...

Yeah, they see her as an invader. Cats can be highly territorial. The best you can do is try to minimize stress and confrontation as best you can.

ETA: I'm not gonna lie, it takes a lot of patience to get two cats that dislike each other to calm down, and they may never be bosom buddies but you can at least get to a peaceful arrangement. Don't force things and definitely don't introduce more stress into the mix by spraying the cats or yelling at them.

altho, one of them is almost always outside, hunting and you know doing whatever cats do,
