Kiki's eye hasn't been very good for the past two years. It's blurry and she probably can't see very well out of it. I drop saline solution in it but it won't get better! What should I do? Will it ever get better?

We have 10 cats and more on the way.... Here are some of them. They keep the mice and snakes away and maybe the weasel's. I have never suspected a weasel here. Snakes on the other hand... We killed at least 30 the first year we was here. We killed 17 rattle snakes in one day. We disturbed a nest of them and they was scattered all over our front yard.
