I use hisses, meows, grunts and other sounds to speak to our "kids". With some cats it is a one sided conversation, but both our kids speak back, when spoken to! Usually it very quietly. They usually don't need much volume, unlike humans. Intonation can also speak volumes to them. My lil'girl knows when daddy is stressed... (rarely, but she knows...) She even cam out to me
Well, as I was typing this "fat boy" brought in a wild baby rabbit. Prob only a couple/three months old... Grrrrrrr... now I have another live baby to deal with!!!
I'll report back what the vet says. I hope someone will take this as food for some critter... don't need rabbits running around wildly, with the garden we have. More work... <>
Gotta go... many fires this evening. Later!

Well, one live wild baby rabbit went to my neighbor, 2 houses down. > ...feel so much better. No vet needed... I told him that if I EVER see it on my property again, it gets a pellet. Garden first... Kids are doing their jobs. This is why we have cats!!! Are there specific reason(s) why you have cat(s)?
