Caught 92 frogs last nite! Recipes?

I love them fried, but would like to try different variations. I heard they are good baked with bacon. Any suggestions?

Thanks, guys. Sauteed in butter with garlic sounds like the perfect compliment to the delicate nature of the meat. OOHHH, and a nice glass of good white wine. Yup, I'm leaning that way.

It was the best frogging I have ever done. They were so plentiful, we were back at the camp for 11:00 with almost 100!

You make a sauce piquante or jambalaya with the backs and front legs. Not an ounce is wasted.

Oh My, I AM JEALOUS!!
I usually batter mine with flour, however, seasoned bread crumbs (very fine) makes a tasty alternitive.(sp??)

Love to dip mine in butter.
