Causes of splay legg in a four weekold chick?

She didn't have it at all for the past four weeks, then I came home yesterday and both legs!!! I have them tied together, but I am wondering if it is a vitamin deficiency? She is defienitely the smalles in the hatch. They are on wood shavings in a brooder.
Anyone have input? I would appreciate it. Funny, I took them off the vitamins and electrolytes last week, too.

i dont think you need to keep her on electrolytes, but you can surely put her back on vitamins, and i do believe splayed leg is a vitamin deficiency? I think, not 100% positive, but you can use that poly vi sol without iron liquid children vitamin.
