Went to get supplies and came home with 10 new chicks. They were only .99 each!
I'm pretty sure they are Buff Orphingtons, about 4-5 days old. What do you think?

They're sooo cute! I just love there little shiny pearly feet!

They only had straight run so not sure what I have yet.

Congrats on the babies. Feathersite has pics just like these for buff orps.

Did I read somewhere that females feather out faster than the males? If it's true, maybe you can tell by how their feathers are growing.

Cute chicks. I am a fellow "caver". I ordered 22 chicks and 4 ducklings from the farm store last week. I need more chicks like a need a hole in my head. And I still have to order our meat chicks. I have no idea where I am going to put all of these babies!

Arrrgh, I want some babies.

But my DH says not until next year, he won't be able to get a coop built in time. I'm bummed. But I'll enjoy looking at pictures of yours though!
