CAYANNE PEPPER?? NEED SOME HELP AND ADVICE

I've heard that if you empty an egg and fill it with hot, spicy mustard and give it to them that will stop them from eating their own eggs. Is that true?

(If they don't have taste buds that wouldn't work I guess.)

That idea is for other animals that eat the eggs before you get to them (IE: Dogs, cats...).

We give it sprinkled over their food. I heard good for worms and it keeps other critters from eating the chickens food! I know it stoped our dog and the mice in the barn from eating the food!
