At how many weeks, roughly, do people generally slaughter their Cayuga ducks? I've read Pekins are lightening fast, but it's been really tough to find anything about Cayugas for meat.

Because their skin is dark grey, they don't make a very appealing carcass. so you might not find much about them. I would probably follow any dual purpose like Rouen.
