Cayuga duckling losing fur

Hi, I am a new member and have had Cayuga's for two years. My Cayuga duckling 10 days old hatched with bare patches and is losing fur at a rapid rate. Is he sick or have bugs? Will he affect the other 4 babies. I have separated him from the others but he is really upset. I don't know what to do. Thanks
