cayuga ducks.

alright, i have a pair of cayuga ducks and they both look the exact same, one has a little bit more colors then the other. there quacks are different. my mom said the way to tell if the ducks sexes is the tail. but there tails look the exact same. they are only about 10 weeks old. so is one a male and a female? or both males? both females?

if their quacks are different then you have one of both. the males will have a raspy low quack and the female will have a higher quack. her's will actually sound like she is saying ""quack"

i have three and my male has more green and blue than the females do. both of my females legs and feet are starting to turn more brown, whereas the male's legs and feet are still mainly black. also my females tend to have some brown tipped feathers on their chest. my females are more social than the male, he tends to be more skittish and stand offish.
