Ccl sop ? and how much inbreeding is ok?

Hi, I hatched some eggs from my ccl roo and hen and also a ee hen since it layed the same color egg. I thought I would be able to figure out what ones were pure when they hatched but that didnt work except one did look like a ccl cockerel at hatch with the yellow dot and washed out chipmunk stripes now they are 10 weeks old and I think I got three ccl the other 5 have pea combs so that's a definite no. Anyways it's getting to be time to get rid of them and I'm thinking about keeping the 2 pullets that seem to be ccl but it got me wondering if it is ok to breed them back to there father when there parents were already siblings and I was wondering how is there coloring when it comes to sop.. I noticed some people selling ccl that are mostly barred and some are very colorful what is the correct coloring does my cockerel not have enough coloring he's almost completely barred I'm guessing I have 2 pullets and 1 cockerel

If you wanted to keep the cockerel too, then you could breed the son back to the mother, and the daughter's back to the father.
