Cecal poops and vitamins at 3 weeks old

Hi there, I have been giving my 6 three week old chicks nutra-drench vitamins in their water still. I feel like they have an obscene amount of cecal poops compared to their regular poops. They are all active, eating, drinking and seemingly healthy. Could the amount of cecal poops they have be related to the vitamins, and should I be giving them regular water at this point? Thanks

To my understanding, cecal poos are perfectly normal, and internet says that they poo cecal poops every 8-10 droppings. Unless their poop suddenly becomes bloody or suddenly very green/off color, you should be fine.
