Wow, I have all this pristine reclaimed wood from a pergola I took down at my new house... and now I can't decide if I want to use it to make a treehouse or a chicken coop??!? I don't have enough wood to complete both. (Note: it's not an "either / or" for the builds, I will make both eventually... I am deciding which to use this reclaimed wood on!).

Do you not need a chicken coop at your new house?
 
I believe aged cedar is ok. It is no longer drying and releasing chemicals. I could be wrong there.....

@aart thoughts on a coop built with aged cedar?
