Thanks everyone for your support. I never thought this would happen since they're only out when we're home...I knew it was possible for a dog to get in the yard, but I thought that at least we would hear if something was going on, or that our dogs in the house would bark and alert us...but nothing. Oh well...time to pick up the pieces and move on. I wish all the feathers in my yard would hurry up and disappear...they're everywhere.
On the up side I still have my EE roo who I love, as well as a lot of others. And now I know better...they'll always be supervised while out of the coop.
I'm still looking forward to the swap. Maybe I can find Gump (my EE roo) a few girlfriends.
Bitty - I'll sell you my 2 banty Sultan pullets if you want since I lost the roo I was going to breed them with...unless you have a little roo you want to sell me.
