When you can post some pics, do so & there are many people that will gladly offer up opinions on what sexes you have. As for how many eggs you should be averaging, that's kind of hard to tell without knowing an age of the chickens. I'd say to give them a couple of weeks or so (maybe a little longer) to settle in & figure out your own averages based on what you are actually getting.
