I am in Ma. I am really close to Amherst. My feed store will order chicks that you want in April. Does anyone else`s feed store have that option?

My local Agway orders chicks every spring and I think they'll let you tack on your order as well.

yeah off 495. But I do not know her exact address. She has a website and it is very informative regarding purchase from her and her family. She has a big varity of birds and ducks from what I saw on her site also.She emailed me some photos of my girls I ordered.{ They grow up so fast} Erin M

Ok, so technically, I don't live in Mass anymore, but I am originally from Norwood (near Boston, "Come on Down...!"). And my brother lives way the heck up in Greenfield.

2 things:

1. (a.) Where is this Bantam Show on May 6th? (b.) What in the world is a Bantam Show?
2. I know it's a stretch for some, but for those nearer the eastern part of the state, if you ever want to see the flock at the University of Rhode Island, let me know. I'd be happy to show off my "babies" to anyone interested.

Hey thanks for the info. I found coopdejour website on this site, sounds like she has a nice selection. I'll look into more this spring. I think there may be a coop ground breaking event here tomorrow. I need to clear some brush and a few trees to make room. Mike

I am in western ma near the border of ma, vt and nh. Got a Roo named Ray 2 older hens( a buff orphington and a black one with dark legs) and six 4 mo old pullets. (2 NH reds, 2 red sex-links and 2 white leggerns) They all love Ray the rooster.
