I am from Central Minnesota and I am wondering if anyone know what kind of resources there are for small producers to market/sell poultry. I am state registered so i can process and sell up to 1000 birds direct to consumer.

I should add that I do sell quite a few using c-list and word of mouth. I am just hoping there are some better resources for this small venture.
