Ceramic Bulb?

Welcome to BYC! Glad you've joined us! I suggest not adding heat to the coop at all. Using plastic sheeting around your run to block the wind should be sufficient for them. Adding heat tends to work against them acclimating to the cold and could cause problems if they lose the heat (power outage etc)
 
I live in IL near Joliet.. I have hoop coops that are open to the south... the molting girls will go into huddle houses when it is -10, but everyone else stays on the roosts... ventilation is more important than heat... unless you have silkies
