I used to do a lot of ceramics. I remember that before applying paint or chalk, I had to paint the surface with an ecru shade of something that would help the paint/ chalk to adhere to the surface. I have a couple of things I want to apint, but need that base coat but don't know what to buy. Does anyone know about this?
