Challenge: Hatching The Impossible!!!!!

Aw! Is it doing good? Did you set any other micros? My very first broody just hatched her 4 chicks! They're all mixed breeds, but adorable. Do you know anything about sexing pea combed chicks by the rows of peas? They aren't purebred so I'm guessing it won't work, but just wondered. The broody is my 8 month old BLRW pullet. She's doing awesome so far. Very sweet and attentive to the chicks.
Yes, it's doing wonderful.
The three rows of peas thing I find not useful.
All my Brahmas have it, & showed them when they were chicks too.
I also have 2 EE pullets who have 3 rows of peas.

Ok, thanks! I'll hold out hope they're all girls! They just hatched though, so I'll have to wait a while. Your birds are gorgeous!

Look at the widths of their combs? Usually broad means male, & thin means females.
