Ok… I did the chicken/dog jumping challenge! I apologize, the pictures are terrible. I just propped me phone on the ground, took a video, then took screenshots of the video. 
I did it with Finley, who I had previously taught to jump (he’s the one without back issues) so he did very well, despite it being a while. He seemed bored with the very low heigh, so I moved it up.
Previously he had done it off-leash, but I did it with his leash this time.
Emily was the chicken I chose. She’s five, and generally pretty bold. She’s been able to jump and peck mealworms from my hands:
So I thought she’d do very well on this.
It was very hard!
