CHALLENGE - silkies!

I have 2 silkies that I bought from a feed store (so hatchery quality probably). They're 15 weeks. No combs, waddles, or streamers. Very round crests. Very "hen-ish" for the most part, especially at this age, but their posture and tails make me question everything. I can post more pics/angles if needed.
