Chances of my eggs hatching

I have a silkie rooster and a barred rock hen. My hen started going broody so we thought we might have a chance. She has been sitting on three eggs and stoped laying. I have kept her healthy and been feeding her but this is her first time and ours as well. If anyone could tell me the chances of them hatching or what they will look like that would be awesome!!
