Change in pigmentation on a turkey hen

I have a turkey hen whose pigmentation has changed from the normal healthy looking color, to being ...for lack of better words...looks like she was dyed with beet juice. Her eyelids, her beak, her legs...all of this "beet root" hue to it. I have not seen anything like this, and can't seem to find anything, anywhere that references this. I'm hoping people with more experience.

than me, might be able to give me an idea as to what is going on.
