Change temp in incubator after day 12???

Hi all,
well today is finally day 12. I candled yesterday and all was looking well
I was wondering if I was supposed to pump up the temp after day 12 like it says here?

Or do you just let it be? And also, what does day of transfer mean?

Around 100. It fluctuates in the .0 range if you know what I mean, so the coolest is 99.5 (especially when I open the lid) and the hottest it's been was 101 but it's only that hot for 1 an hour or so.
