This is exactly what will promote coccidia and all kind of worms and the diarrhea to go with it.The grass is always wet because I water it at least once a day. I have lots of flies but I bought the RESCUE outdoor fly trap.. I always make sure to clean the drooping… since I have grass I water the droppings into the soil of the grass. I hose it down so that it breaks up the poop and goes underneath the grasss… is that an ok option???
The humidity and wonderfuly moist poopy grass you provide by hosing every day will be what attracts them.I think perhaps there are lots of them because the fly trap attracts them
She has fresh grass all over the place. But I’ll take your advice. Thank you Sargent! This is exactly what will promote coccidia and all kind of worms and the diarrhea to go with it.
So no, I am sorry to say that is is not ok. Scoop the poop up instead of watering it in unless you are able and willing to move the run every day to a fresh piece of grass.
You are just having a ball… I can hear that chastising tone. Lol yes that poppy moist poop. Thanks! I get it. Happy Lent if you celebrate. The humidity and wonderfuly moist poopy grass you provide by hosing every day will be what attracts them.
