Changing Avatar pix???????

I have tried and tried and can't seem to get the picture in my avatar to change...... any tricks I should know or am I just having a "brain dead" moment? Any help would be appreciated!!

Well right now it looks like you've got a little yellow tweety bird.

I've found that if I deleted my avitar first, then save the changes. Then CLEAR my Internet cache,
then go and upload the new avitar, that it finally works.

I go in and delete the old.... wait a bit surf around byc.. then go and put in the new... it can take a while to get the system to respond to the change
