Changing coop

I am considering getting a larger coop with run any advise how i should go about getting the hens used to the new home please?Advice appreciated

I would reccomend against any prefabs, they're built to appease human 'aesthetic', with egg farm space standards which is 1 sq foot per bird. Which is way too small for health and happiness, they're also ridiculously expensive for their poor quality.
Not to mention, the plastic kind are intended for temperate climates, if you get summers over 80f and winters under freezing, you'll definitely want to skip it. The lack of ventilation is killer in both situations.
I would consider finding a shed to convert or a handyman to build you one.

You could also watch Craig's list ads and your local paper, as well as garage sales for something used that you could use.
