Changing egg color???

The first egg of my RIRxEE, Speedo, was a beautiful deep olive green. The thing is, I haven't seen one of those since she layed that first one, I have gotten a few very light brown "mystery" eggs as I'm not sure whose they are, could they be Speedo's? I've been trying to catch her while laying but no luck so far.
I really hope they aren't Speedo's since I loved the deep olive green.

Do you have pictures? It would be easier to tell if I could see them. Every hen has something different about their eggs. You have to look really close for the differences. My brahma lays eggs with a really pointy top, my BR's are big and oblong, my RIR always has tiny white speckles on the eggs and are more round shaped, etc.

I don't have any pictures, unfortunately, and we already ate the olive egg

All I know is that the eggs are about the same shape and size, except for that one is deep olive and the other a very light brown.
