We have 4 hens one is a new layer and every once in a while she gets a big of blood on her shell. All four have been laying bluish Green eggs now all of a sudden we are getting a brown egg? No idea. I believe it is the new layer becuase there was a bit of blood on the shell. We got 3 eggs today out of 4 hens. But why did we get a brown egg?

A bit of blood is fairly common with new layers.

Have you gotten 4 blue/green eggs on the same day before?
There's no way a blue/green layer will lay a brown egg.
I'm guessing your new layer is a brown layer....
...or someone punked you and stuck a brown egg in the nest.

No never 4 eggs from these girls on the same day

Thats really confusing to me becuase one day i got 3 blue eggs. I know one of the blue eggs is a new layer because sometimes theres a bit of blood. But the brown eggs is puzzling because we only get one every couple of weeks. I actually thought i lost my brown layers in February when i had a couple die. Thats about how long its been since i've gotten a brown egg

Then I'd venture to say one of your older layers is the brown layer and not a prolific layer.
If you really want to figure it out, you'll have to stalk the nests and catch them in the act.
