Changing feed - Mile Four, Reedy Fork Organic Layer Feed

Hi Folks,
I am currently using Mile Four layer feed for my 3 girls (supposed to be soy & corn free https://milefour.com/products/chicken-layer-feed) . I have noticed they are taking less care with their product over the last year. I have been finding more and more corn in the feed. The final straw was the presence of foreign objects in the feed which appeared to be the filter of a cigarette. I have been researching other organic corn/soy free feeds. I stumbled upon https://reedyforkfarm.com/organic-soy-free-corn-free-layer-feed. Wondering if anyone has experience with the quality of Reedy Fork Farm feed?

A cigarette butt?! That's crazy! I have no experience with either feed, but have you let mile 4 about the cigarette? They should at least refund you for that bag

Yes , we use Reedy Fork chicken corn free, soy free. The quality seems good and service is consistent. We have found kernels of corn in the corn, free, soy free layer feed. We have adjusted this problem with the company and they say that it is because of mixing the feed in their facility in an area that corn has been mixed with other feeds previously. They do not add corn or soy to the feed, but there are remnants in the area where they mix it. Therefore, they cannot claim it fully corn and soy free but definitely not added. .
