Thanks for posting this; it's a fascinating article. At the school where I used to work, the first grade teachers got together each year and did small fundraisers with their classes to raise money which they donated to Heifer International. It was nice to read about what happens at the other end...

Since I never get to see where my donations go... sometimes its nice to hear that people go see things working! I like to know it is!

Thanks for sharing! I haven't donated through Heifer International, but I have donated ducks to people in Bangledesh through some other Christian Organization.
