Chantecler - 13 weeks M/F?

Chanteclers are bred for long tails.
Actually, they should have medium length tails as defined by the SOP. If you know someone breeding for long tails, kindly ask them what on earth they're thinking.
I do note that some strains have a tendency towards overly long tails, particularly in the males. They shouldn't have a Leghorn appearance.

To me, this is as close to an ideal silhouette for a Chantecler as I have ever seen on a real bird. (Bird belongs to Jim Fegan)

Well by long I meant longer than most breeds. Not Phoenix level.

I wasn't thinking of Phoenix-type feathering either. I wouldn't class them as longer than most breeds, but I guess that probably is a matter of personal reference based on which breeds one frequently interacts with.

Good to know! Looking in my APA book, the female pic (hand drawn) does seem to have somewhat elongated tail feathers, but not longer and curving like the hand drawn male pic.
I find that tail silhouette and curvature of feathers changes significantly as their full spread comes in. Quite a few of my pullets exhibiting more pinched tails have curved top feathering.
